Hello my dear readers. I'm Mike, 44 year old, handsome guy living in Los Angeles. As you might understand, I'm a big fan of the Norwegian concept of dugnad. When reading an article on BBC, claiming that dugnad created Norways work ethic, I immediately was fascinated.
